I love grocery shopping. I’m weird I know. But it is so satisfying to me. It encourages me to eat better and I love the challenge of staying on budget. One thing I don’t love? The constant struggle of finding good reliable recipes that have consistent results and are easy to prepare. I have managed to develop a pretty good list of go to recipes. So I thought I would share them with you. Here’s one for every day of the week.

The Pioneer Woman Pecan Pie is seriously the best. It has a smooth and delicious filling with plenty of pecans. And you can use her crust recipe or a store bought crust. Both are delicious. It’s a no fail no brainer.

Steak bites with sweet potatoes and peppers by The Salty Kitchen. It’s simple, filling, and healthy. When we’re in a rush this is a staple.

Turkey and egg breakfast casserole by The Dinner Chef works great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s also great leftover. It can be prepared the night before and stored in the fridge for a quick and easy breakfast.

Homemade Italian Dressing by family food on the table is great!

You guys, this Chocolate Chip Cookie is the holy grail of soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies. 14 years of cookie after cookie and this one has not been beat. Just try it…then again maybe not. It could be bad great for your future!

This is my husband’s absolute favorite. Easy caprese chicken. It requires no introduction. Simply delicious. Toss it on a toasted ciabatta bun and it’s even better!

Our final recipe is a paleo, low carb, gluten free recipe. It’s quick delicious and so filling. Loaded sweet potato fries. I could eat these everyday of the week. Swap out the bacon for whatever you prefer. Breakfast sausage, ground turkey. I’ve tried it all. All delicious.
